A mentor is a personal relationship that improves the ability of the professional.

When I was working towards growing as a professional there were a few key people who made a significant impact on my success by mentoring me.

Today, I work with a select group of people that need to learn what I have to teach, hear stories about my experiences and the wisdom that has been derived from it all.

Some of the people that I mentor want to follow in the same path that I have taken. They don’t want to be me, but they want to be able to do the things that I have done as a successful entrepreneur, creative professional, published author, featured speaker or engaged teacher.

Other people I mentor want to blaze their own trail, but they need to learn more about how to get there. They find that having a mentor with a perspective outside of their own is invaluable in making the progress they need to succeed.
